OhMyEnglish Season 2 Premiere, Jom tengok!

My youngest brother is an ardent fan of OhMyEnglish @TVIQ,
but then again,
so IS the whole family.

And recently,
he won the online contest for OhMyEnglish Season 2  and received  4 VIP tickets to the Premiere at Sunway TGV. When my mom asked me to accompany him to the premiere, I got all excited, after all there is always a kid in me.

It was quite fun there, they served breakfast and lunch for the guests and they organised some games and gifts for the little ones too. The guests had the privilege to watch Season 2 first and second episodes which will be broadcasted on TV tomorrow.

And the exciting part for most kids there was that they get to meet the casts.
Aaron Aziz a.k.a Cikgu Malik brought his children along but unfortunately we did not get a chance to meet him since he left rather early but I guess my brother and probably other kids were eager and happy enough to see Zain Zaidin  a.k.a Mr Henry Middleton there.

Mr. Henry Middleton and Cikgu Mohd Salleh.
See the glow in my brother's face.
That shows how happy he was.

Johor Premium Outlet, JPO

First time at JPO, Johor Premium Outlet, with my family.
We don’t really have the intention of shopping,
we were there just to see what’s the fuss about while visiting Johor Bharu recently.

Even though all the brands here are on sale everyday up to more than 60%,
most of the marked down sale prices are still not that appealing to me,
probably because I am not a brand/designer hunter.
Instead,  I'll go for Jualan Gudang any time,
I don't mind the crowded place, the sweating and scrambling while digging the piles of  items in the Offer Bins  as long as I could get the items at the lowest price possible.

But I do admire the attractive and unique outdoor settings with its pleasant ambiance here at JPO.
After all, it is a place where the leading designers and famous brands are being showcased,
mestilah kedai pun cantik.

But I was told that, the items here are out of seasons/outdated items, that's why they are considered cheap for such  famous brands/designers. But I don't really know what design goes for what season since I don't shop at these designer outlets and I don't keep track of designer's line .
Nak masuk designer outlet kat shopping mall pun takut, I guess if I do so, even the salesperson would not want to entertain me since I have that big 'No Money' tag on my forehead.

All the famous brands/designers outlets at JPO (or anywhere else) are really out of my league,
but there was one particular shop that  really caught my eyes and managed to melt my soul, and forced me to fork out some money,
BASKIN ROBINS!!

Loving February

February may be the shortest month but,
on the contrary, I found that I’ve done zillions of little tiny things and a few big ones this month.

First and foremost, Internship!!.
My first day was on the 4th and it has been going on quite well and hope that I will keep being enthusiastic about waking up at 5:00 in the morning with a zest for the next 5 months.
I have done two presentations so far here, a good experience indeed, managed to polish my public speaking skills and got rid of that public speaking fright.
I like being an Intern especially at a multi-national company such as this!.

My name printed on my cubicle at the office.

The fortune cookies which I received for Chinnesse New Year at the office.
What an inspiration!

And for the first time ever, I dined at Atmosphere 360, Revolving Restaurant @ KL Tower.
And I was like Wow!!, a very big Awwww!! there. The KL Tower itself is magestically poised, been there once with my family when I was little, then there is this restaurant, which is awesome and brilliant, mind blowing not just because we were revolving in the sky which is really cool but because the food cost a fortune there. Well, at least for me, it IS!. But I am not complaining since I was not the one who had to fork out the bill!

I just had dinner with some really nice people
including two visitors from Texas,USA at a restaurant located
at the tallest sky scrapper in my beloved Malaysia,
overlooking our stunning skyline including the peak of Petronas Twin Tower,
with a nice ambience and rotating 360 degrees and is way above sea level
while enjoying the RM 200 ++ per person buffet spread which  I did not pay myself!
Now what would be the reason not to like?.

We took quite a number of photos at this superb restaurant, and some nice photos at the Cultural Village too, with the beautiful Malaysian houses, and I wish, I really wish I could share those photos here
BUT I dont have them with me right now .…. oh, well..

And last but not least, I surprised my self witorthodontic braces
Some people, even the dentist herself,  asked me the big question, "Why do you want to have braces when your teeth looked OK?". Well, overall, yes, I have good, healthy and quite well arranged teeth but there is this one tiny angle that makes me uncomfortable whenever I see myself in any photo. So for MY self esteem purposes, I had braces fixed on my teeth on the last day of February.
So I am officially a Gigi Besi girl, now and for the next 2 years.
(lamanya. *crying-in-agony, what have I done!).
